During served in NIhon Univerisity School of Dentistry as librarian and research affairs officer, graduated Nihon University Graduate School of Business, Japan (2001, MBA) and Chiba University, Japan (2005, PhD).

After part-time researcher of Chiba University, NPO staff, corporate offer, established Healthcare Research Inc. in 2008.

Main research areas are comparative study of healthcare policy, especially linkage of medical care and long term care, risk management, and medical tourism.
